Welcome to Conscious Life (Any references to Conscious Life, us, we or our will refer to Conscious Life Ltd), a company, previously known as Conscious 2, that consists of conciouslife.com (the Site), and “Products” including but not limited to annual “Super Conferences”, including Trauma Super Conference, Fatigue Super Conference, Anxiety Super Conference, Sleep Super Conference and Relationship Super Conference. We provide the Site, mobile applications and related third party software, services and Products to our users. We are aware of the trust you place in us and our responsibility to protect your privacy. As part of this responsibility, we provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to let you know what information we collect, how we use it, share it and protect it.

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision on a going-forward basis. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy on this page. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals who are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site or Products are designed to attract people under the age of 13. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. If we obtain knowledge that a user is under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s information from our databases. If you are under 13 years of age, we ask that you do not install Conscious Life Products or make use of Conscious Life’s services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, we ask that you involve your parents in the process of reviewing of our Products and services, and applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement and installing our Products.
Data retention
Personal data: We will keep your personal data only for as long as we consider it necessary to carry out each processing activity or if there is a legal requirement to do so. We will anonymize or delete personal data if, after a period of 1 year, we have not had any contact or communication from you (this will be measured on a rolling 1-year period) – subject to special circumstances. We maintain data retention criteria to help implement this. This takes account of our legal and accounting obligations, balancing this with what would be considered reasonable.
Financial data: We are required to keep details of financial transactions for 6 years to meet accountancy and HMRC requirements. If you have purchased a product from Conscious Life, and the retention of your data is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of your account and billing, we may retain your personal data for the duration of your ongoing business relationship with us. This includes data required to process transactions, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, and ensure accurate billing.
